Position Overview

We are looking for a Principal AI Architect to provide enterprise-wide technical leadership for AI initiatives while remaining hands-on with AI/ML development.

The ideal candidate will define AI architecture strategy, lead large-scale AI transformations, establish AI governance and responsible AI practices, and work closely with executive leadership to drive enterprise AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise AI architecture, standards, and technology roadmap.

• Design, develop, and deploy large-scale AI/ML solutions.

• Lead strategic AI initiatives and enterprise transformation programs.

• Architect scalable AI systems across cloud, data, and application ecosystems.

• Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive innovation.

• Serve as a senior technical authority for AI and machine learning.

• Mentor senior engineers, architects, and AI professionals.

• Influence enterprise technology strategy and long-term architecture.

• Drive adoption of modern AI, automation, and advanced analytics.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, and applied AI.

• Strong hands-on Python expertise.

• Expert knowledge of modern AI/ML frameworks.

• Enterprise-scale AI/ML platform architecture and implementation experience.

• Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing, and large-scale data architectures.

• Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, security, and compliance.

• Proven enterprise technical leadership experience.

• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree or PhD in AI, ML, Computer Science, or related field.

• Generative AI / GenAI

• LLMs

• Agentic AI

• MLOps

• AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform

• Enterprise AI transformation experience.

• Publications, patents, conference presentations, or AI thought leadership.
