Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead to lead a strategic enterprise AI transformation program. The ideal candidate will combine AI/GenAI expertise, solution architecture, business process transformation, program delivery, and client leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify and reimagine processes using Agentic AI and intelligent automation.
• Translate business requirements into AI agent architectures, workflows, integrations, and technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI agents and workflows from design through production.
• Manage cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, platform engineers, data engineers, QA, and support.
• Own delivery planning, estimation, staffing, timelines, governance, and program quality.
• Drive agent performance, reliability, observability, and AI governance in production.
• Serve as a primary client-facing leader for business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead executive discussions, workshops, governance meetings, and roadmap planning.
• Identify new opportunities for GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation.
• Mentor and scale AI engineering and delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8–14 years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, solution architecture, or digital transformation.
• Strong experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, or intelligent automation.
• Strong understanding of AI agent architecture, workflows, integrations, and technical trade-offs.
• Experience leading complex enterprise programs and distributed teams.
• Strong business stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Pharma, Financial Services, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS/Google Cloud Platform, Python, MLOps/LLMOps, and AI governance is a plus.
