Communication and engagement manager

Our consultancy client are looking for an experienced communication and engagement manager to join a major TPRM transformation programme for a global banking organisation. You will play a crucial role in the successful delivery and adoption of the TPRM TOM. You must have extensive FS experience and have worked within TPRM previously.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering the communications and engagement strategy that supports the transition to the new operating model and embeds sustainable business as usual practices. The role will lead all change communications activities in the workstream ensuring stakeholders understand the rationale, impacts, benefits and required actions associated with the new operating model. You will also establish the communication standards, procedures, governance and engagement approaches that will form part of the future state TPRM operating framework. You will coordinate strategic engagement with external suppliers and third parties driving consistent messaging, facilitating supplier forums and conferences and addressing common themes, challenges and capacity gaps across the supplier population.

You must understand the TPRM TOM environment within FS and worked on a similar project previously. This is a long term contract which will be mainly remote with occasional travel into London as and when needed. The role will be inside IR35.
