Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Graphic Designers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Develop and design visual layouts across digital and print mediums, establishing clear visual hierarchy, themes, messaging, and creative direction for intended audiences.
  2. Translate creative briefs, concepts, and information into visual communication materials such as illustrations, publications, presentations, visual aids, and other creative assets.
  3. Collaborate with copywriters, multimedia specialists, researchers, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop creative solutions and support communication initiatives from concept through final production.
  4. Prepare, organize, and maintain final creative assets while applying digital design standards, mobile-first principles, production requirements, and established asset-management practices.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communications, digital design, print design, or related creative production.

Technical Skills

Graphic Design, Visual Design, Layout Design, Digital Design, Print Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, Creative Production, Mobile-First Design, Digital Asset Management, Design Production

Business / Domain Skills
  1. Experience developing digital and print creative materials for large-scale organizational communications and public-facing initiatives.
  2. Experience supporting advertising agency or in-house creative design environments.
  3. Experience developing visual communications that support public awareness, organizational initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
  4. Experience working within matrixed organizations, collaborating across creative, communications, research, and project management teams.
  5. Experience managing and organizing creative assets using Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
