The Role

• Lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge.
• Utilize digital tools and data-driven insights to develop strategic opportunities and enhance sales execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, incorporating a "total office" account management approach.
• Gather market intelligence and apply deep therapeutic knowledge to identify and prioritize unique opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues for various insurance types.
• Adhere strictly to pharmaceutical and regulatory environments, including company policies and FDA regulations.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in product knowledge training and annual certifications.
• Strong self-starter with an exceptional work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the specified territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
