Account Manager(Pharma Sales)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant delivery management, client consulting, pharmaceutical commercial operations, project management, change management, account management, or related experience.
• Knowledge of Client’s National and/or Subnational products and services and/or pharmaceutical reports.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex client needs, processes, and data concepts.
• Experience interacting with complex Large Pharma, Midsize Pharma, or Emerging Biopharma accounts across multiple stakeholders.
• High learning agility.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment across Client and client stakeholders.
• Ability to understand complex concepts and processes while multitasking, managing time, and prioritizing written and oral communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft application tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, and visualization tools.
