Job Description: Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Google Cloud

Location: Remote

Qualifications

• Independent visa consultant
• Minimum of 8 years of customer-facing experience managing Google Cloud implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience should include support for one or more of the following:
• Launch or capacity planning
• Product release management
• Technical support
• Escalation management
• Consulting
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with:
• Modern software development practices
• Microservices-based architectures
• Distributed systems
• APIs across a broad set of use cases
• Must hold at least one Google Cloud professional-level certification while in the role.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Educational Qualifications:

• Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
• Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

·   Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
