Job Description

Wir sind ein Personaldienstleister mit Sitz in Wien, in dem Wert auf Fairness und Qualität gelegt wird. Das Unternehmen ist seit über 15 Jahren erfolgreich im Dienstleistungssektor vertreten.


Aufgaben
  • Schnittstellenkoordination: Enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen Innen- und Außendienst
  • Unterstützung in der Auftragsabwicklung: Abwicklung von der Angebotserstellung über die Auftragserfassung bis zur Fakturierung
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten (Schriftverkehr, Dateneingaben, Datenpflege)
  • Schnittstellenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (Technik, Logistik, Buchhaltung, etc )
  • Unterstützung bei Marketing-Kampagnen
  • Stammdatenpflege in unserem CRM Tool Microsoft Dynamics -
  • Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungsorganisation/ Kongresse
  • Allgemeine organisatorische Aufgaben für die Verkaufs & Marketing-Leitung

Profil
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise HAK)
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel/ Word/ PPT)
  • Gute Ausdrucksweise und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamfähigkeit!
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise bzw. Organisationstalent

Wir bieten
  • Gehalt : € 2528,04 Brutto / Vollzeit 38,5 Std. Woche
