Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) - Hungary, Romania and Greece

Would you like to be part of this success story? To strengthen our South-East European Sales Team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative located in Hungary or Austria- for the countries Hungary, Romania and Greece.

• Drive profitable growth across Hungary, Romania and Greece, taking ownership of your markets and customer portfolio.
• Develop key customers, distributors and prospects while actively identifying and winning new business opportunities.
• Grow existing accounts through new applications, cross-selling, increased share of wallet and IGP's value-added solutions.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into the right coating solutions, combining commercial expertise with technical know-how.
• Manage the full sales process, from opportunity development and technical clarification to quotation, pricing, negotiation and implementation
• Build market intelligence and a strong CRM pipeline, working closely with IGP Technical Consultants and internal specialists to achieve sales and profitability targets.

• Several years of successful B2B sales experience in powder coatings, industrial coatings, surface technology or a comparable technical industry.
• Technical or commercial education combined with a strong understanding of industrial applications and technically driven sales.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition, account development and profitable growth, ideally within General Industry.
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills, including pricing, quotations and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, self-management and organizational skills, combined with professional use of CRM and digital sales tools.
• Native Hungarian and professional working proficiency in English are required. Romanian language skills are considered a strong asset. German language skills are beneficial for collaboration within our international organization.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region and a valid driving licence.
