Manufacturing background (the smaller the previous company, the better)

Job Description:

Client is  looking for an experienced Infor SyteLine Project/Program Manager with strong manufacturing industry experience to lead ERP projects and business transformation initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience with Infor SyteLine / CSI.
• Strong Project / Program Management experience.
• Solid manufacturing industry background.
• Experience managing SyteLine implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP workflows.
• Experience working with small to mid-sized manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
