Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead workstreams within our global SAP transformation, partnering across business, IT, and system integrator teams to drive design, execution, and deployment. You will align stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, drive decisions, and ensure successful delivery from design through go-live and stabilization.

The ideal candidate has experienced leading complex SAP or ERP implementations, strong cross-functional business acumen, and a proven ability to drive execution across global teams.

What You Will Do

  • Lead SAP implementation workstreams from design through go-live and stabilization.
  • Partner with business leaders, GPOs, IT, SAP functional teams, architects, and system integrators.
  • Drive alignment on scope, requirements, priorities, dependencies, and key design decisions.
  • Lead workshops, design reviews, testing, UAT, cutover, and deployment readiness.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, milestones, and critical-path activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across processes, systems, integrations, and data.
  • Support data migration, validation, and business readiness activities.
  • Drive timely decisions, issue resolution, and stakeholder accountability.
  • Provide clear status, risks, and escalations to program leadership.
  • Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience leading ERP, technology, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading workstreams within SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP implementations.
  • Experience across design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live.
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional enterprise processes and system dependencies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable implementation deliverables.
  • Strong program management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience in high-tech manufacturing or complex global operations preferred.
  • PMP, Agile, SAP, or related certifications are a plus.
