POSITION SUMMARY

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at the client, you will drive business transformation through strategic project management, ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with our hyper-growth goals. You will harness AI's capabilities to accelerate project delivery, enhance quality, and enable data-driven decision-making. Your role involves end-to-end ownership of projects within our regulated 503A/503B environment, demanding strategic thinking and execution rigor. You will lead cross-functional teams while fostering learning agility to meet top talent standards. By integrating AI, you will amplify impact, scale operations, and maintain compliance, positioning Clientr at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Leadership

• Strategic Direction: Lead IT projects in Data domain by setting strategic priorities and aligning them with business objectives. Ensure projects are executed within the framework of Client’s hyper-growth and regulatory standards, delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Execution Excellence: Oversee the implementation of projects with a focus on execution rigor. Employ AI tools to automate processes, reduce time to market, and improve quality. Coordinate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budgets, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. Advocate for project needs while integrating stakeholder feedback into project planning and execution.
• Cross Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with multiple teams and effectively manage multi-track program roadmap, external dependencies, vendors and external stakeholders.

Technology Strategy

• Innovation Focus: Spearhead technology-driven innovation by identifying and deploying emerging technologies that align with Client’s strategic goals.
• Participating in Technical Decisions: Using technical understanding of the system designs and architecture, participate and help in closing technical decisions.
• Drive Project Discussion with Functional Context: Drive project discussions with functional context and actively participate in requirement discussions. Strong knowledge of data domain will be a big plus.
• Resource Optimization: Develop and implement strategies for resource allocation that drive project efficiency, minimize costs, and maintain high-quality deliverables aligned with Client’s regulatory environment.

Team Development

• Collaboration Enhancement: Promote a collaborative team environment, encouraging cross-functional engagement and knowledge sharing.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement performance monitoring tools to assess team effectiveness and project outcomes.

Risk Management

• Proactive Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to identify potential project risks. Design mitigation plans that safeguard project success while adhering to Client’s compliance and regulatory standards.
• Continuous Assessment: Continuously monitor project risks and adjust strategies to address emerging threats. Ensure projects remain on track by proactively managing risk factors and maintaining alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Adaptive Solutions: Lead the development of adaptive risk management solutions that leverage AI insights to anticipate and respond to changes in the project environment. Drive innovation in risk management practices, enhancing project resilience and success rates.

Data-Driven Insights

• Analytics Integration: Champion the integration of data analytics into project management processes.
• Insightful Reporting: Create detailed, AI-enhanced reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Facilitate transparency and informed decision-making by delivering clear, data-backed assessments of project progress and impact on business objectives.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor performance metrics using AI tools to ensure project alignment with Client’s strategic goals. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data trends and implementing enhancements that support project success and compliance.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience in managing data projects and understanding data domains
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and experience working in highly regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
