Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Atlanta, GA (5 days onsite in a week)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Certification: Professiona Scrum Master Level 2 Certification Required
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery across one or more Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, servant leadership, team coaching, sprint execution, stakeholder management, and removing impediments to ensure predictable delivery.
The candidate must hold a Level 2 Scrum Master certification and demonstrate hands-on experience working with enterprise Agile teams.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Level 2 Scrum Master certification Mandatory
  • 7+ years of overall IT/project delivery experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies:
  • Sprint Planning
  • Daily Scrum / Stand-ups
  • Sprint Review / Demo
  • Sprint Retrospective
  • Backlog Refinement
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Architects, and stakeholders.
  • Remove team impediments and proactively resolve delivery blockers.
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, capacity, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
  • Help Product Owners maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog.
  • Monitor and improve team velocity, sprint predictability, quality, and delivery metrics.
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote effective team collaboration.
  • Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams.
  • Provide regular status updates to project/program leadership.
  • Experience working in large enterprise Agile environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
