Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise environments.

• Proven track record managing 2–3 concurrent projects end-to-end.

• PMP certification required.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) with hands-on Agile delivery experience.

• Exceptional communication skills — clear, concise, credible with senior stakeholders.

• Strong influencing ability — drives execution across cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Hands-on with Jira/Confluence and standard PM governance and reporting.

• Must be able to use AI-enabled project management tools (e.g., Jira AI, Asana Intelligence, ClickUp AI) for automated status reporting, risk flagging, and resource forecasting.

• Working knowledge of AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) for meeting summarization, documentation drafting, and stakeholder communications.

• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven analytics and dashboarding tools for project forecasting, sprint metrics, and KPI reporting.

• Comfort evaluating and adopting emerging AI copilots/automation to streamline Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives).

• Must be able to work onsite in Newark, CA (All 5 days).

• Onsite interview is a must — candidates must be willing to travel to the Bay Area to interview in person.
