Job Description

Job Title:- Sr. Scrum Master
Location:- NYC/NJ or Boston area (Hybrid)
Duration:- Contract – Right to Hire after 12 months

 

Job Description
  1. 12–17 years of IT experience with strong Scrum Master/Agile Delivery experience.
  2. Banking/Financial Services experience is mandatory; Wealth Management is preferred.
  3. Hands-on Scrum Master with strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
  4. Experience leading greenfield projects from scratch and establishing Agile processes.
  5. Strong technical understanding of APIs, databases, cloud/infrastructure, security, SDLC, and application architecture.
  6. Work closely with Architects, Developers, Data, Security, QA, Infrastructure, and Product teams.
  7. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  8. PMP / CSM / PSM / SAFe preferred.
