Branch Operations Team Lead

Edward Jones is seeking a Team Leader to guide a client-focused branch team within our Finance & Insurance business. In this role, you will lead and coach branch staff, support financial advisors, and help ensure outstanding client service. You will coordinate daily operations, oversee workflow, and help maintain compliance with firm and regulatory standards. The Team Leader partners with leaders to meet business goals, supports training and licensing development, and fosters a culture of integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement while helping clients pursue long-term financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch associates to deliver exceptional client service.
• Oversee daily branch operations, workflow, and scheduling.
• Support financial advisors with client onboarding, account maintenance, and service requests.
• Help ensure adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving branch goals.
• Coordinate training and development, including support for licensing.
• Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and follow-through.
• Collaborate with regional and home office partners on initiatives and best practices.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
