Setting out Engineer

Link Force Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Setting Out Engineer for an exciting project in the SE1 area of London. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting out foundations, ensuring all dimensions and levels are accurate, and verifying survey data to meet client specifications.

This role requires a proactive individual capable of working independently, with a keen eye for detail to maintain precise measurements throughout the project duration. You will be utilising surveying equipment and interpreting technical drawings, therefore excellent technical ability and attention to detail are essential.

Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer within a construction or engineering environment Strong technical ability in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS devices Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical plans accurately Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage measurement and verification tasks Good understanding of setting out procedures for foundations and structural elements Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with site teams and project managers The role provides valuable experience in setting out operations, and the successful candidate will benefit from a competitive and negotiable salary and the chance to work on a reputable project in London.
