Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant with a mandatory Prosci certification to support organizational transformation and change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, and end-user adoption.

Candidates with prior experience in SAP implementation, SAP S/4HANA transformation, ERP implementation, or enterprise technology transformation projects are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies.
• Create and execute change communication plans.
• Develop training strategies and coordinate end-user training activities.
• Apply the Prosci Change Management Methodology and ADKAR Model to drive successful change adoption.
• Identify resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, HR teams, IT teams, and functional stakeholders.
• Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback, and report on change management effectiveness.
• Support post-implementation activities to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Support change management activities for SAP implementation and transformation programs, where applicable.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prosci Change Management certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management or Change Management consulting.
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks, particularly the Prosci methodology and ADKAR Model.
• Experience developing change strategies, communication plans, training plans, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage resistance and drive employee engagement and adoption.

Mandatory: Prosci certification and relevant OCM experience.

Preferred: SAP / SAP S/4HANA project experience, advanced degree, and enterprise transformation experience.
