NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior Change Management Consultant to join our team in St. Paul. (Remote)

Who We Are

NTT DATA's People & Organization Consulting practice helps clients prepare their people and organizations for evolving business and workforce demands. Our approach is collaborative, data-driven, human-centered, and continuous, integrating stakeholder alignment, change leadership, communications, learning, readiness, adoption measurement, and sustainment.

Role at a Glance

This role combines hands-on organizational change delivery, enterprise learning and enablement, and sales operations transformation. The Senior Consultant will translate business and technology change into practical stakeholder, communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities that improve user proficiency and sustain new ways of working.

Position Summary

NTT DATA is seeking an Organizational Change Management Senior Consultant with experience across training, sales operations, and organizational change. This practitioner will support transformation programs that introduce new sales processes, operating models, technologies, tools, roles, and performance expectations. The role works with client leaders, sales operations teams, subject matter experts, technology teams, and learning stakeholders to assess impacts, design targeted interventions, develop role-based enablement, and measure readiness and adoption. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating a stakeholder workshop, analyzing process and role impacts, building a training plan, drafting executive communications, and translating sales operations changes into practical guidance for frontline sellers, managers, and support teams.

Why the Role Is Important: Sales transformations succeed when people understand what is changing, build confidence in new processes and tools, and adopt the expected behaviors. This role connects program strategy to day-to-day execution by helping leaders align, employees prepare, and sales teams apply new ways of working with minimal disruption to customers and revenue-generating activity.

Responsibilities

Organizational Change Management

  • Conduct stakeholder, change impact, readiness, and adoption assessments across roles, regions, functions, and levels of leadership.
  • Develop integrated change strategies and workplans aligned to program milestones, business outcomes, risks, and governance.
  • Facilitate leadership alignment, sponsor activation, stakeholder workshops, focus groups, interviews, and change network sessions.
  • Create audience-specific communications, engagement materials, toolkits, FAQs, talking points, and manager resources.
  • Identify resistance, readiness gaps, and adoption risks; recommend targeted interventions and track actions through resolution.
  • Define and monitor readiness, proficiency, utilization, behavior, and adoption measures; translate findings into clear executive reporting.
  • Support go-live preparation, hypercare, reinforcement, knowledge transfer, and transition to business-as-usual ownership.

Training and Workforce Enablement

  • Lead or support training needs analysis, audience segmentation, role-to-learning mapping, curriculum planning, and delivery strategy.
  • Design practical, role-based learning journeys for sellers, sales managers, sales operations, customer success, and supporting functions.
  • Develop or oversee instructor-led training, virtual learning, eLearning, simulations, job aids, quick reference guides, playbooks, office hours, and reinforcement assets.
  • Partner with process owners and subject matter experts to convert configured processes and policies into clear, accurate, engaging learning experiences.
  • Plan train-the-trainer and super-user approaches, including facilitator preparation, certification or readiness checks, and delivery support.
  • Evaluate learner participation, confidence, proficiency, and on-the-job application; use data and feedback to improve learning effectiveness.

Sales Operations Transformation

  • Assess changes to sales roles, territories, account planning, opportunity management, pipeline governance, forecasting, quoting, approvals, incentives, handoffs, reporting, and performance routines.
  • Translate future-state sales processes and technology changes into role-specific impacts, learning objectives, communications, and adoption actions.
  • Partner with sales leadership and operations teams to protect seller productivity and customer continuity during rollout.
  • Support adoption of CRM, sales performance, configure-price-quote, analytics, collaboration, and workflow platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or comparable enterprise solutions.
  • Develop field-facing assets such as manager coaching guides, seller playbooks, process maps, talk tracks, checklists, and performance support materials.
  • Use sales and adoption data to identify behavior gaps, prioritize reinforcement, and improve process compliance and user experience.

Consulting Delivery and Practice Contribution

  • Own defined workstreams and deliverables, manage priorities, track risks and dependencies, and maintain high quality within agreed scope and timelines.
  • Build trusted relationships with client sponsors, functional leaders, program teams, and frontline stakeholders.
  • Contribute to proposals, solution design, estimates, presentations, discovery sessions, statements of work, and account development activities.
  • Create reusable methods, templates, accelerators, case examples, and thought leadership that strengthen NTT DATA's OCM and learning capabilities.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide constructive review of analyses, plans, communications, and learning deliverables.
  • Use generative AI and productivity tools responsibly to accelerate research, analysis, content development, meeting synthesis, and knowledge management while validating accuracy and protecting client information.

Requirements
