An employer is seeking a qualified Electrician/Electronics Technician to join their team and contribute to critical infrastructure projects. This role is instrumental in building and modernizing medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations, playing a part in the energy transition and climate protection goals.

The Role

• Perform installation work on devices and systems in low, medium, and high voltage ranges based on technical documentation.
• Assist with the connection and commissioning of high-voltage primary technology equipment.
• Undertake cable laying for power and control cables.
• Erect auxiliary power distribution, rectifiers, battery systems, and ancillary facilities.
• Install and connect control cabinets, including control technology components.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in an electrical field (e.g., Electrician, Electronics Technician, Electrical Installer).
• Proficient in handling electrical systems.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to site locations via personal vehicle is required.
• Readiness for regular assignments involving travel and overnight stays, typically Monday through Thursday.
• A self-directed, conscientious work ethic with a strong sense of commitment, reliability, and teamwork.
