Overhead Line Technician | Lahnstein bei Koblenz, Germany | On-site We're hiring on behalf of a specialist in energy infrastructure, known for its significant role in powering communities. This company is seeking a dedicated Overhead Line Technician to join their dynamic team, contributing to essential energy network maintenance and development. The Role • Independently carry out overhead line installations in low and medium voltage for grid operators, energy supply companies, and municipal utilities. • Perform installation and dismantling of lines and poles, as well as maintenance, repair, and refurbishment work. • Participate in fault finding and troubleshooting to ensure rapid restoration of power supply. • Work on exciting projects within the region. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, energy technology, mechatronics, or metal construction (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician, mechanic), or a skilled trade with a strong interest in further training. • Ideally, some prior experience in overhead line construction and power supply systems. • Driving license classes C and CE required. • German language proficiency at B2 level or higher. • Ability to work at heights, physical fitness, and an independent, committed, and reliable work ethic.
