The Role • Perform mast installations and replacements, including the exchange of crossarms, insulators, and fittings. • Conduct assembly, maintenance, and repair of overhead line systems within low and medium voltage networks. • Safely operate aerial work platforms, excavators, and assembly equipment, utilizing rope techniques. • Execute repair and maintenance work on overhead line facilities. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., Mechanic, Welder, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Professional Driver, Farmer, Civil Engineering Worker). • A valid driver's license (Class B required, Classes C and CE desirable). • German language proficiency (minimum B2 level). • Self-directed, motivated, and reliable work ethic with strong communication and teamwork skills.
