Job Description

The   Office Administrator   is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the entire site. This role serves as a key point of coordination for office activities, maintaining records, supporting internal communications, assisting with scheduling, and providing excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery while identifying opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage site communication by drafting/designing and delivering publications, presentations, emails, text messages, internal social media posts, and various other site communications (i.e. physical bulletin boards for the offline population).
  • Update various communication boards, both physical and digital.
  • Own and drive site employee engagement committee by coordinating initiatives, activities, and communications that foster employee connection, participation, and a positive workplace culture for yearly and monthly initiatives.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and support meetings, company events, appointments and travel arrangements, as needed.
  • Participate in special department and facility-wide projects.
  • Monitor conference rooms to ensure the condition of furnishings/supplies is satisfactory.
  • Monitor unassigned areas such as lounges, vending areas, and building entrances to ensure they are adequately furnished and maintained.
  • Provide administrative support to local management and other leaders, as needed.
  • Assist in vendor and service provider relationships and activities.

Education and Experience:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of three (3) years related experience in a professional/administrative role.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Associates degree preferred but not required.
  • Positive and outgoing demeanor
  • Great engagement and interaction with various site personnel (Shop floor leadership up to Executive)
