Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Jr. PMO Office Manager to support office administration, facility operations, and PMO activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining accurate reports and trackers, supporting access management, and assisting the PMO team with day-to-day operational activities.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, dependable, accurate, and comfortable working independently in a small team environment with a high level of responsibility and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day office administration and facility operations activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the PMO team.
- Assist with access management, tracking, and related administrative activities.
- Maintain accurate reports, trackers, and status updates.
- Monitor assigned tasks and ensure activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, records, and administrative reports.
- Track project and operational activities and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the team with planning, scheduling, coordination, and follow-up.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Identify issues, delays, or risks and escalate them appropriately.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team.
- Provide additional administrative and PMO support as required.
Required Skills
- Experience in office administration, project coordination, PMO support, or operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with reporting, tracking, and maintaining documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a small team with a high level of responsibility and autonomy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
