ROLE SUMMARY
Review DCS and associated OT connectivity impacts to maintain safe, reliable, and continuous operation of affected industrial control services during infrastructure migration and decommissioning.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

•       Review DCS service technical specifications, recommendation reports, block/connectivity diagrams, data sheets, material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and related engineering deliverables.

•       Validate the DCS OT Network & Hosting HLD and identify dependencies across controllers, servers, workstations, HMIs, historians, interfaces, redundancy, industrial networks, and hosting/connectivity services.

•       Assess migration and implementation strategies for in-scope DCS services, including WF&TD and connectivity impacts to CH&C, CAT, LSL1, LSL2, ECT, EWS, and P0, while recognizing Los Colorados DCS as excluded.

•       Review change, cutover, rollback, tie-in, interference, maintainability, reliability, commissioning, and operational-readiness documentation; support technical workshops, RFIs, and review finding closure.

•       Coordinate with Network, Hosting, Transmission, Cybersecurity, EPCM, service owners, and vendors to ensure traceability of requirements, interfaces, risks, assumptions, and continuity controls.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

•       Strong knowledge of process control, DCS/PLC architectures, HMI, historians, redundancy, alarm management, industrial protocols, instrumentation interfaces, and OT networks. •       Experience reviewing control narratives, cause-and-effect matrices, functional specifications, migration plans, engineering packages, lifecycle risks, and OT cybersecurity requirements; relevant Control, Automation, Electronics, or Instrumentation qualification.

•       Spanish proficiency preferred, not mandatory.
