Platform Monitoring & Observability Analyst

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Splunk, monitoring, logging, and alerting across enterprise platforms
• Strong knowledge of security logging, incident response, and troubleshooting operational issues
• Experience conducting performance and capacity analysis, tracking system availability, and preparing monthly availability reports.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience monitoring Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) platforms
• Experience developing performance trends, operational dashboards, and proactive alerting strategies.
