Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple acquisition and IT integration projects.
Build and maintain Smartsheet project plans/templates.
Lead cross-functional meetings with multiple stakeholders.
Coordinate IT onboarding, device tracking, security assessments, and related activities.
Support large-scale employee onboarding workflows.
Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, priorities, and ROI.
Improve centralized ticketing and project-management processes.
Support technology and AI-related roadmap initiatives.

Required Skills:

Strong IT Project Management experience.
Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Jira.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience; Scrum Master background preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail.
Experience handling multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
M&A/acquisition integration experience is highly preferred.
Familiarity with CrowdStrike, VSA, device management, or IT security is a plus.
