Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, risk management, budgeting, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams including technical, business, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage scope changes and ensure proper change-control processes.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Manage vendors, third-party partners, contracts, and deliverables when required.
• Ensure projects follow organizational governance, quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons-learned activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong experience managing large-scale and complex technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource-management skills.
• Strong experience with risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and/or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, software development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience with project reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Cloud, Data, AI/ML, ERP, Infrastructure, or Application Development projects.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with vendor and client management.
• Financial and budget management experience.
• Experience working in enterprise environments.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
