Human Resources Coordinator

Securitas is seeking an HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources & Talent Management team within the Security & Law Enforcement industry. In this role, you will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and employee data management for security personnel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. You'll assist with background checks, benefits support, and HR reporting while serving as a key contact for employees and managers. Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, I-9 verification, and background checks for security personnel
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data in compliance with company and legal standards
• Assist with benefits enrollment, timekeeping issues, and basic payroll-related inquiries
• Prepare HR reports and support HR projects for the Security & Law Enforcement workforce
• Serve as a responsive HR contact, promoting Securitas' values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness
