Job Overview:

The Organization Change Management (OCM) Lead/Manager is responsible for planning, designing, and executing change management strategies that enable successful adoption of business, technology, and process transformations. This role focuses on the people side of change, ensuring stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and equipped to transition effectively.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate complex, large-scale transformations.
• Experience managing change across digital, IT, process, or organizational transformations.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for workshops and leadership sessions.
• Analytical skills to assess impact, readiness, and adoption risks.
