Job Description

Role Summary

This position supports consulting teams in delivering business transformation initiatives from strategic planning through execution. The role manages complex project activities, facilitates stakeholder collaboration, and supports the timely achievement of key objectives. This position provides opportunities to take ownership of defined workstreams, contribute to process improvements, and develop consulting and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and decision trackers to support alignment across teams.
  • Analyze project and business data to identify risks, trends, dependencies, bottlenecks, and decisions requiring stakeholder attention.
  • Prepare executive-level status updates, presentations, and communications that clearly summarize project progress, challenges, risks, and recommendations.
  • Facilitate working sessions, document key decisions, and track action items through completion.
  • Gather and document business requirements, assess current-state processes, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Coordinate activities across functional stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and consulting partners to support successful project execution.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, reporting structures, and organizational processes.
  • Take ownership of assigned project workstreams and deliverables while collaborating effectively with broader project teams.
  • Contribute ideas, evaluate assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve project outcomes and delivery effectiveness.
  • Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to support analysis, productivity, and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in business strategy, project coordination, business analysis, consulting, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and project dependencies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations and executive-ready communications.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while managing changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Must meet applicable U.S. work authorization requirements.

Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 - $65.00 hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
