The Role • Greet members and customers, identify their needs, and provide exceptional service. • Achieve sales and service goals by cross-selling and upselling various AAA products and services. • Prepare travel-related materials, including routings, maps, and tour books. • Make travel reservations (hotels, car rentals) and provide destination information. • Issue passport photos and handle various payment transactions, including cash drawer reconciliation. What You'll Need • Experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales environment. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or service quality goals. • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, and perform local travel as needed. • High school diploma or GED required.
