Job Title : Helpdesk Technician TIER 2
Locations: Washington, DC
Duration: 3 to 5 years
Pay Rate: $50K -60K annual salary
Clearance:- Active Secret
Certification- CompTIA Security+ and one computing certification
Job Description:
- 5 years min of service desk/helpdesk experience.
- experience working within an Active Directory environment.
- experience in troubleshooting issues with Windows 7 and 10 operating system.
- experience with troubleshooting issues within the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project).
- experience with the following: Internet Explorer, Java, Citrix, VPN, mobile devices and 2 Factor Authentication.
- Experience with LAN/WAN connectivity, troubleshooting, design, evaluation and / or documentation is desirable
- Experience with hardware components such as hard drives, power supplies, and motherboards.
