Support Call Center Agent

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Support Call Center Agent for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in Rockville, MD.

Responsibilities :

• Help field calls from investors, registered representatives and other industry professionals.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors Degree Required
• Preferred Call Center or Customer Service experience
• Outstanding communication skills for interacting with customers in professional and friendly manner
