Engagement Program Manager

Pay Range: $130/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive program charters across multiple teams, translating ambiguous goals into measurable objectives.
• Optimize program communication plans, ensuring clarity and alignment among stakeholders.
• Develop change management rollout plans, proactively addressing misalignments and monitoring progress.
• Collect and analyze data to govern programs effectively, maintaining project trackers and status reports.
• Manage program escalations and resolve prioritization misalignments with stakeholders.
• Create automated processes to enhance program velocity and monitoring, ensuring alignment with Product Excellence values.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management (PgM/TPM) or related fields.
• Advanced skills in Portfolio Management, Team Management, Continuous Improvement, and Stakeholder Management.
• Proficiency in Communications Management, Planning, Execution, and Governance.
• Strong Technical Judgment and a deep understanding of user needs and empathy.
