Job description

Job Title: Oracle Technical Program Manager

Location: Foster City, CA (Remote)

Experience: 10+ years

Skills: Oracle WMS, Oracle SCM, Oracle R12, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), Strong communication skills

  • Experienced in WMS and SCM Modules in Oracle R12.

  • Lead program planning, including scope definition, work breakdown, milestones, and the integrated delivery roadmap

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client business and IT stakeholders; run steering committee and status meetings

  • Establish and operate program governance: status reporting, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and escalation paths

  • Coordinate across onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment, handoffs, and time-zone overlap coverage

  • Own the solution architecture sign-off in collaboration with the leads, ensuring end-to-end integration design meets business requirements

  • Manage interdependencies , change requests, including impact assessment on scope, cost, and schedule

  • Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT) and drive go-live readiness, cutover planning, and hypercare

  • Track budget, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs

  • Ensure adherence to client security, compliance, and quality standards.
