Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Job Description:
Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, technical project management, or technology delivery.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technology programs.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and interdependent workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work onsite in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking or Financial Services industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience delivering technology programs within banking, financial institutions, or financial technology (FinTech).
• Familiarity with financial systems, banking platforms, payment systems, risk management, or regulatory initiatives.
• Experience working with enterprise technology transformation programs.
• Experience coordinating technology, business, compliance, and operations teams.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master are an advantage.
