Senior Digital Program Manager / Photon Delivery Lead

Position Summary

Serves as the primary Photon delivery and account lead for customer, managing Photon operations across the account, including resource planning, delivery governance, executive escalations, account health, SOW development, proposals, and new business opportunities. Acts as a strategic liaison between Customer and Photon leadership to ensure successful delivery and long-term partnership growth.

As a customer Project Manager, responsible for leading customer digital projects across mobile, web guest experience platforms. Oversees program delivery, release management, stakeholder engagement, operational readiness, and cross-functional execution to ensure successful delivery of strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic digital product initiatives across mobile, web, and enterprise platforms.
• Manage program roadmaps, release planning, PI Planning, sprint execution, and production deployments.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, success metrics, and implementation strategies.
• Coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, UX/UI, Operations, Marketing, and third-party vendors.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Drive Agile and SAFe delivery processes, governance, and continuous improvement activities.
• Facilitate executive communications, steering committee updates, release communications, and operational readiness activities.
• Oversee UAT planning, production validation, training, launch support, and post-release monitoring.
• Ensure alignment between technical delivery, business priorities, guest experience objectives, and operational requirements.

Portfolio & Release Management

• Oversee release planning, change management, production readiness reviews, and deployment governance.
• Track delivery metrics, velocity, capacity planning, and roadmap execution.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, vendors, and business units.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project health, budget status, risks, and strategic priorities.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage relationships with strategic technology partners and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate solution delivery across multiple internal and external teams.
• Facilitate contract discussions, scope management, and delivery governance activities.
• Ensure accountability for commitments, timelines, quality standards, and operational support requirements.

Photon Delivery & Account Leadership

• Serve as the delivery lead and primary escalation point for all Photon-supported initiatives at Client.
• Manage Photon delivery operations, staffing, resource allocation, onboarding, utilization, and overall account performance.
• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), estimates, proposals, change requests, and business cases.
• Support new business opportunities, solution planning, account growth initiatives, and contract discussions.
• Partner with Customer and Photon leadership on strategic planning, investment decisions, resource forecasting, and delivery strategy.
