Job Title: Senior Azure Platform Engineer

Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure platform engineering at the senior level.

• Proven ability to design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise-scale Azure environments.

• Broad knowledge of Azure services and platform architecture, beyond a single cloud technology or specialization.

• Practical experience with Azure networking, connectivity, integration services, gateways, security, and container technologies.

• Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and managing Azure API Management.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD implementation, DevOps methodologies, automated deployments, and source-control management.

• Experience configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Azure Monitor and related observability capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across multiple Azure services.

• Experience improving the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of cloud platforms.

• Ability to convert business and engineering requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across application, infrastructure, security, and business functions.

• Ability to take ownership of platform engineering tasks and deliver results independently with minimal technical guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and its enterprise AI capabilities.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern enterprise data platform technologies.

• Previous experience supporting Azure environments integrated with ERP systems.

• Background supporting AI-powered applications and custom enterprise solutions hosted on Azure.

• Experience working within an Azure Center of Excellence or a centralized cloud platform engineering team.
