The Role

• Actively promote the short-term rental fleet to customers within an assigned territory.
• Focus on building relationships with re-rental partners and other companies to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate rental opportunities and ensure timely documentation submission.
• Dedicate at least 80% of your time to customer outreach and relationship building.
• Review and process incoming rental leads promptly, within 24 hours of receipt.
• Monitor fleet usage and territory management to achieve departmental goals.

What You'll Need

• Proven sales experience, ideally within the heavy equipment industry.
• Knowledge and experience with heavy equipment, with a preference for John Deere experience.
• Familiarity with equipment rentals is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
