The Role • Lead and direct the Inside Sales team, focusing on efficient operations, strong customer relationships, and revenue growth through strategic sales approaches. • Set individual sales quotas, meticulously track performance, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet objectives. • Oversee both inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize efficiency and drive revenue generation. • Provide daily oversight, coaching, and mentorship to inside sales account executives, fostering a high-performance culture. • Manage workflow within the Call Management System to ensure proper operational coverage and optimal team efficiency. • Act as an escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring exceptional service delivery for account retention and expansion. What You'll Need • Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships driving business growth. • 2 years of supervisory experience in a call center or inside sales environment. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred. • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and adapt strategies for optimal results. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
