End User Support Analyst

Gentex Corporation seeks an End User Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support in our high-tech manufacturing and office environments. In this role, you'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, support Windows and Office 365, and maintain PCs, printers, and peripherals used in production and corporate settings. You'll manage tickets, document solutions, support onboarding/offboarding, and partner with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
