Job Description

Gentex Corporation seeks an End User Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support in our high-tech manufacturing and office environments. In this role, you'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, support Windows and Office 365, and maintain PCs, printers, and peripherals used in production and corporate settings. You'll manage tickets, document solutions, support onboarding/offboarding, and partner with other IT teams to resolve complex issues. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge automotive and safety technologies, with strong opportunities for growth, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for end users across Gentex's manufacturing and office environments (Windows, hardware, mobile, peripherals).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via phone, email, ticketing system, and in person, meeting defined SLAs.
  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and standard applications used in production and corporate settings.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the IT knowledge base and update asset records accurately.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Support user onboarding/offboarding, including account setup, access permissions, and equipment deployment.
  • Assist with system upgrades, rollouts, and periodic maintenance in manufacturing and office environments.
  • Educate users on best practices, security awareness, and proper use of Gentex systems and tools.
