Enterprise Architect

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience in a large/complex organization.
• Strong Business Architecture experience.
• Capability modeling, Value Stream Mapping, and business process analysis.
• Experience participating in or conducting Architecture Review Board (ARB) activities.
• Strong Enterprise Architecture frameworks and governance experience.
• Experience with EA tools such as LeanIX, Sparx Enterprise Architect, MEGA HOPEX, Bizzdesign, or Ardoq.
• Strong understanding of Data Architecture and Integration Frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform cloud architecture.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred

• TOGAF or equivalent EA certification.
• Energy or Utilities industry experience.
• Data governance experience.
• Cloud architecture experience.
• Experience with Zachman Framework.
