Compensation

$125,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Meet with motivated sellers and guide them through the listing process
Follow up with prospects and manage your listing pipeline
Conduct listing consultations and convert opportunities into listings
Build client relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
Host monthly team open houses with provided leads
Maintain accurate
CRM and calendar activity
Participate in sales training, coaching, and weekly team meetings
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License
Full-time commitment to real estate and client success
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Coachable, goal-oriented, and driven
Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
Professional, positive, and client-focused
Sales or listing experience is a plus, but not required
