European Wax Center - Massapequa Park is looking to add a Guest Service Associate (GSA) to our busy center! GSA's have the ability to move up, if the performance is present and the opportunity becomes available. . As a Guest Service Associate, you'll strive every day to help our guests walk in and strut out!

Our comprehensive training will provide you with all the tools and skills you will need, and open your world of career opportunities! We are open 7 days a week and offer day and night shifts. Someone who is looking for
PART-TIME hours! Someone willing to pick up extra shifts when needed. Customer service experience preferred
Sales and customer service oriented
Sales experience is preferred but not required.

However it is a sales position, and you will be expected to meet benchmarks. Required to work Saturday OR Sunday
Required to work AM and PM shifts
Keyholder
Providing customer service
Making confirm calls, checking the reservation book for errors, keeping yourself busy and productive during your shift
Answering the center phones
Upholding policies and procedures
SALES-Educating guests on EWC's programs, offers, and promotions. Discounts on services and all retail products. Flexible Scheduling
Paid training
Hourly range inclusive of commission opportunities.
