Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify potential leads
Engage with potential leads and existing customers via phone and email
Assist customers in understanding product features and benefits
Handle basic shipping and receiving tasks
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable in dealing with customers over the phone
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook ( basic proficiency test required )
