Job Description




A financial services firm has a Fully Remote contract opportunity awaiting a new Oracle Technical Product Analyst.

About the Opportunity:




  • Schedule: Monday to Friday




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: Remote





Responsibilities:




  • Lead system analysis and solution design for complex enterprise banking applications




  • Support loan disbursement, lending workflows, financial integrations, and Oracle-based platforms




  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements with business stakeholders




  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards




  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, QA teams, Product Owners, and TPMs throughout the SDLC





Qualifications:




  • Experience supporting Oracle Core Banking, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Oracle ERP Finance, or similar enterprise financial platforms




  • 7+ years of experience in a Technical Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role supporting enterprise technology initiatives




  • Strong understanding of loan disbursement, lending operations, financial processes, and enterprise system integrations




  • Experience gathering business requirements, conducting system analysis, and translating needs into technical solutions




  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the SDLC




  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and work item tracking




  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills




  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience





Desired Skills:




  • Experience supporting enterprise architecture, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements




  • Experience supporting large financial institutions or highly regulated enterprise environments




  • Experience with enterprise lending platforms, loan servicing, or loan origination systems




  • Experience supporting Oracle ERP Finance implementations or financial transformation initiatives
