Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify Salesforce optimization opportunities.

Lead end-to-end delivery of new Salesforce functionality and enhancements.

Support initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.

Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.

Collaborate with development teams and system owners to ensure successful solution delivery.

Evaluate Salesforce integrations and connected systems from a business and functional perspective.

Independently drive projects and take ownership of outcomes.

Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and help improve business processes.

Required Qualifications

* 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years in Salesforce Architecture roles.

* Strong banking/financial-services domain experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

* Design enterprise Salesforce solutions across FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.

* Hands-on expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, REST/SOAP, and enterprise integrations.

* Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.

* Define Salesforce data architecture, security, sharing, integration, and governance strategies.

* Architect integrations with core banking, loan, payment, customer, and external financial systems.

* Lead technical design, architecture reviews, HLD/LLD, data models, and integration architecture.

* Experience with Salesforce DevOps, AutoRABIT/Copado, Git, SFDX, Jenkins, and CI/CD.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, MuleSoft teams, security, QA, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable banking solutions.
