Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Experience with Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, and Returns.
• Strong knowledge of ATP (Available-to-Promise) and credit management.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA business processes.
• Good understanding of integration between SAP SD, MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM.
• Experience working with EDI, IDocs, APIs, interfaces, and batch jobs.
• Strong experience in production support / AMS and incident resolution.
• Experience gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and provide solution design and functional guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP OTC/SD processes from order creation through billing and payment.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and support sales orders, pricing, deliveries, shipments, billing, returns, and customer master processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, incidents, and urgent business requests.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, offshore teams, and other SAP functional teams.
• Support S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, migrations, and production support.
• Develop functional specifications for RICEF objects, interfaces, reports, forms, enhancements, and workflows.
• Support integration with SAP FI, MM, EWM/WM, PP, and external systems.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Prepare process documentation, training materials, and knowledge-transfer documents.
• Provide technical/functional leadership to offshore team members and coordinate deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within OTC.
