• Drive change management and PMO activities for capital markets initiatives.
• Ensure effective project governance and milestone management.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across trading, finance, and technology sectors.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly.
• Produce and present insightful project updates and materials.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships to support program execution.
• Utilize data analysis skills for project insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform and manage change initiatives focusing on regulatory and risk management issues.
• Implement PMO discipline and maintain milestone tracking and governance.
• Influence and build relationships with global stakeholders to drive project success.
• Resolve project challenges and escalate issues effectively to stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project update materials for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in strategic project management.
• Proven experience in capital markets transformation and regulatory initiatives.
• Strong understanding of derivatives trading, risk, and P&L flows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience with large datasets and data analysis tools is a plus.
